6 macam tenses yang sering digunakan

Pertama-tama sebelum kita mempelajari lebih dalam lagi tentang "TENSES" kita harus tau dulu apa itu tenses

Tenses adalah bentuk kata kerja dalam bahasa inggris untuk menunjukkan waktu (sekarang, masa depan, ataupun masa lalu) terjadinya suatu peristiwa

Ada banyak sekali tenses, tapi sekarang saya hanya memposting 6 tenses yang sering digunakan saja.

Tapi kita harus tau dulu penggunaan to be (is,am,are,was,were) dan penggunaan has dan have

6 macam macam tenses, penggunaan, rumus dan contoh kalimat tenses

1. Simple present tense

Simple present tense biasanya digunakan untuk menyatakan fakta, kebiasaan dan kejadian yang terjadi pada saat sekarang

Rumus : S + V-1 
Contoh kalimat simple present tense :    
She is so beautiful

My mother buy these fruits this morning

2. Present continuous tense 
                                           
     Present continuous tense biasanya digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan yang terjadi sekarang atau rencana dimasa depan

Rumus : S + to be + present participle/V-ing

Contoh kalimat Present continuous tense :                                                                        She is driving a car to Bandung now      

The teacher is teaching his students right now

                                                                             

3.  Present perfect tense

Present perfect tense biasanya digunakan untuk mengungkapkan suatu pekerjaan atau aktivitas yang dimulai di masa lalu dan telah selesai di suatu waktu tertentu atau masih berlanjut sampai sekarang

Rumus : S + have/has + past participle/V-3

Contoh kalimat present perfect tense :

he has drunk three bottles of wine, she must be get headache now

The students have finished their examination, now they are waiting for the result

4. Simple past tense

Simple past tense biasanya digunakan untuk menunjukkan  bahwa suatu kejadian yang terjadi di masa lalu

Rumus : S + V-2

Contoh kalimat simple past tense :

The party started at 10.00 a.m

I sent you a letter a month ago

5. Past continouous tense

Past continouous tense biasanya digunakan untuk mengungkapkan bahwa suatu aktivitas sedang terjadi di masa lampau

Rumus : S + was/were + past participle/V-ing

Contoh kalimat past continuous tense :

I was sleeping when the car crashed my home last night.

Judika and Aliya were singing together in a TV show at 9 o’clock last night.

  

6. Past perfect tense

Past perfect tense biasanya digunakan untuk menyatakan bahwa suatu kejadian telah selesai dimasa lalu sebelum kejadian lainnya terjadi

Rumus : S + had + V-3

Contoh kalimat past perfect tense :

I had locked the door before I left my home.

Had you been there before I came?
